1. Skin Compatibility & Patch Testing

Skin is personal and highly individual. While our formulations are developed with carefully selected, performance-driven ingredients, reactions can vary depending on your skin type, sensitivities, environment, and existing routine.

Before full application, we advise:

  • Checking the ingredient list for any known allergies or sensitivities

  • Conducting a patch test on a small area (inner elbow or behind the ear)

  • Applying only as directed and on healthy, intact skin

If you notice discomfort, redness, itching, or irritation, discontinue use immediately and rinse with water.

As skin behaviour differs from person to person, The Sin-Cere cannot assume responsibility for reactions, sensitivity responses, or breakouts.

2. Variations in Texture, Scent & Appearance

Our products may contain naturally sourced components. Because of this, slight changes in tone, aroma, or texture may occur between batches or over time. These subtle differences are normal and do not compromise safety or performance.

Skincare outcomes depend on consistent usage, lifestyle, climate, and individual biology. Results will not be identical for everyone.

We do not process returns or exchanges for:

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction

  • Differences in results

  • Minor visual or sensory variations

  • Existing skin conditions

If your order reaches you in a damaged condition, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
